HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The HR duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department including composing and placing help wanted ads online, on the company website and Facebook; evaluating and screening applicants; setting up and performing interviews; onboarding/offboarding procedures of new employees; ensuring HR compliance.

  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including time off
  • Assisting with the documentation of employee benefits
  • Supporting HR related training programs
  • Entering employee data into computer database
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
  • Coordinating management-employee communications
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
